Thomas K. Dilworth, Founder

As founder of Dilworth Advisory Group, Tom Dilworth works with business owners and corporate executives to build profitability and enhance operations through customized tax credit programs. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in Georgia tax credits, Tom personally advises each of his clients, ensuring each credit is delivered with maximum value and minimal disruption for owners and employees.

Tom has managed more than 1,400 tax credit projects for Georgia employers, working across economic sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, medical providers, telecommunications, distribution, transportation, financial services and engineering.

Tom’s prior executive experience includes:
Vice President of a nationally recognized consulting firm with 200 brand-name clients, seven business units, and a service portfolio spanning research, communications, management development, and government affairs.
Board Member and Policy Director for a think tank created to change the debate on high-profile employment and tax issues at the national, state, and local levels. The group attracted $10 million in corporate and foundation funding during his tenure.
Managing Director for a unique professional association of senior human resources executives from the nation’s largest restaurant and retail companies.
